Originally from Milan, Francesco Sita' built his path between Italy and France, working in renowned houses such as Plaza Athénée in Paris, Cap Horn in Chamonix, and Plage Keller in Cap d’Antibes. These varied experiences, between the sea and gastronomy, now shape a cuisine that is precise, sincere, and inspired.
